Healthy recipes: Crunchy tuna salad wrap Published Sept. 14, 2010 By Kayla Scherf Health and Wellness Center dietician MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- (Editor's note: The Health and Wellness Center dietician will provide a series of seasonal recipes for each month. September's recipes are based on pecans.) Ingredients: 4 8-inch whole wheat tortillas 4 red leaf lettuce leaves 2 6-ounce cans tuna, drained and flaked 1/3 cup finely chopped celery (about 1 stalk) 1/3 cup chopped water chestnuts 1/3 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup light mayonnaise How to make it: 1. Top each tortilla with lettuce leaf. 2. Mix tuna, celery, water chestnuts, pecans and mayo; spoon evenly onto tortillas. 3. Roll up tightly. Preparation time: 10 minutes Total time: 10 minutes Makes: 4 servings (one wrap each)
