Healthy recipe: Blueberry and peach smoothie

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- The Health and Wellness Center dietician provides a series of seasonal recipes for each month. July's recipes are based on blueberries.
Ingredients
1 whole banana, frozen
1 cup frozen peach slices
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup low fat or light vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon wheat germ
How to make it
1. Place banana, frozen peach slices, blueberries, yogurt and wheat germ in blender and process until smooth.
Makes 2 servings
