Moody aircrew members receive training on water survival techniques to familiarize themselves with equipment and ways to survive in water in the event of ejecting from an aircraft. Aircrew members must be trained every 36 months to maintain proficiency. The training consisted of unharnessing parachutes during drag and drops, parachute disentanglement and navigating rafts to be rescued to return with honor.
