MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. --

Retired U.S. Air Force Col. Raymond “DONK” Strasburger delivered a powerful keynote during SOAR Week at Moody Air Force Base, sharing lessons from his career in aviation and leadership.

Speaking to Moody Airmen, Strasburger emphasized resilience, accountability and the warrior ethos that define Air Force service. His message reinforced the purpose of SOAR, connecting generations through shared experience, mentorship and inspiration.
