Fueling the Fight: U.S. and German Airmen in Action

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga.--For four days at Moody, Airmen from the 71st Rescue Squadron and 23d Logistics Readiness Squadron trained with 14 German Air Force members in Forward Area Refueling Point (FARP) operations.

Through hands-on drills, participants learned to refuel aircraft safely and efficiently in forward locations — critical expertise that keeps missions flying, crews prepared and partnerships strong across the globe.
