MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- As part of Exercise Ready Tiger 24-1, the 23rd Wing established a Main Operating Base (MOB) and Forward Operating Site (FOS) at Savannah Air National Guard Base, Georgia; a FOS at Avon Park Air Force Range, Florida; a Contingency Location (CL) at Perry-Houston County Airport, Georgia; and a CL in Columbus, Georgia.
Ready Tiger 24-1 is a readiness exercise demonstrating the 23rd Wing’s ability to plan, prepare and execute operations and maintenance to project air power in contested and dispersed locations, defending the United States’ interests and allies.
