Describe your average week's workout: I perform physical training five times a week, which often includes exercises in the pool, ruck marches, ultimate frisbee and weight training. 

What motivates you to stay fit: My motivation is to stay prepared for the mission.
What is your fitness philosophy: My philosophy is the more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in battle. 

Fitness goals: My goal is to successfully complete the pararescue indoctrination pipeline.
