Average week's workout: I exercise four to five times weekly. 

What motivates you to stay fit: My health and strength motivates me to stay fit. I am the youngest of five girls, and my older sister passed away at the age of 43 due to a massive heart attack. 

Fitness philosophy: My fitness philosophy is to have total control of my body. We should all take full responsibility of our own fitness and health. Regular physical activity is vital at every stage of life, and it is never too late or too early to start. 

Fitness goals:
My goal is to remain active as long as I am in good health.
