Motivation to stay fit: I live a very active life and staying fit keeps me healthy and stress-free. I enjoy being in good physical and mental shape. 

Fitness philosophy: A healthy and in-shape body will ensure you are mentally and physically ready for all of life's challenges. 

Fitness goals: My goal is to earn a perfect 100 percent on my next physical training test.
