Average week's workout: I work out three times weekly with my unit which includes running 1.5 or three miles with several sets of push-ups and sit-ups. We also play ultimate frisbee once a week which is a great cardiovascular workout and fun to play. I also workout on my own twice weekly and run three to five miles, and perform push-ups and sit-ups. I also play tennis when time permits.

Personal motivation to stay fit: My motivations stem from pride in my fitness and health, and motivating other Airmen to stay fit.

Fitness philosophy: My philosophy is to stay fit by doing the things you enjoy so fitness is fun rather than a chore.

Fitness goals: My goal is to break nine minutes on the 1.5 mile run. I'd also like to work on my flexibility.
