Average week's workout: I participate in squadron physical training three days weekly and also like to run, do yardwork and play with my children.

Personal motivation to stay fit: I have two young boys who are very impressionable. I want to be a good role model and show it can be fun to be fit.

Fitness philosophy: I believe it is important to be fit and have a healthy lifestyle, not just as an Airman, but in all aspects of my life.

Do you have any new fitness goals? My goal is to participate in the Air Force Marathon next year.
