Average week's workout: I lift weights four times and perform cardiovascular training three times each week.

Personal motivation to stay fit: I compete with six brothers, so I cannot afford to not be physically fit. It's something I've enjoyed since childhood.

Fitness philosophy: You're only as strong as your mind is.

Fitness goals: I always want to improve, whether it is through strength or cardiovascular exercises. Each day presents a new opportunity to improve.
