Heather Zollman Unit: 23rd Wing Protocol Fitness score: 93.5 Describe your average week's workout: I start my workout at 0530 every morning five days a week. I run at least two miles and then lift weights for strength training. I also go to Boot Camp fitness' classes every Monday and Wednesday. What motivates you to stay so fit? I like to push my body to the limit. I like seeing the results that come from all the effort I have to put into exercising. What is your fitness philosophy? If you work hard, everything will pay off. Do you have any new fitness goals? If so, what are they? I would like to start running five miles each day instead of two.
