Describe your average week's workout: I try to do 100 pushups and 100 sit ups every day, run 2 miles every other day, and bike 5 miles every other day in addition to squadron P.T. three times a week.

What motivates you to stay so fit? I like to be mission ready at all times. It also benefits me to be in good physical condition for being a firefighter. You never know what to expect when arriving at an emergency and being physically fit is very helpful. 

What is your fitness philosophy? If you are physically fit, you are going to have more energy physically and mentally. 

Do you have any new fitness goals? If so, what are they? I would like to get a perfect score on my next P.T. test.
