Describe your average week's workout: I generally workout about 4 times a week. I rotate various weight training exercises then follow-up with cardio. I usually either run on the trail or use the cross trainer.

What motivates you to stay so fit? Keeping up with my three year old son! He is very active and I love being able to play soccer, swim, or climbing through playgrounds without problems.

What is your fitness philosophy? I really believe it's important to maintain an overall healthy lifestyle and high level of fitness. Our mission today really requires us to be at our best.

Do you have any new fitness goals? I am really striving to improve my run time for my next test. I also always push to beat my previous year's score and so far I have done that.
