Eating health, getting plenty of rest, staying physically active and staying well hydrated

What motivates you to stay so fit? 
Staying healthy and to be able to go the beach and not be afraid to take my shirt off

What is your fitness philosophy? 
Don't waste your time just watching T.V. or playing on the computer, get out and do something!

Do you have any new fitness goals? 
If so, what are they? My biggest goal is to stay fit and healthy as long as I can.
