In your own words, how does your job impact your Wing, Group or Squadron mission? My job is to provide the Wing exceptional customer support by tracking and re-routing all computer related outages that cannot be resolved by computer system administrators. Additionally, I track work orders and dispatch technicians for all airfield and weather equipment outages.

What is your most memorable Air Force experience?
My most memorable and self-rewarding Air Force experience would be when I was deployed last year to Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait. I was working in a small computer shop and was supporting a Korean detachment when they brought in several laptops needing a specialized software load immediately. The challenge was that everything was written in Korean. After a few minor hiccups and several Google searches, I was able to get the job done ahead of schedule.

What is your Air Force goal?
My immediate Air Force goal is to make Staff Sgt. Also, I want to travel the world and educate myself as much as possible.
