Describe your average week's workout: I run for an hour at least four times a week. I weight train for three of those days and play a little basketball and baseball occasionally for fun.

What motivates you to stay fit? I failed my PT test last year and ended up weighing in at 215 pounds. I made a goal to pass my next PT test with at least a 90 and lose at least 55 lbs. That goal kept me motivated for a year. There were many times I felt like giving up but I'm glad I didn't. 

What is your fitness philosophy? Stay fit, eat right and life will be a whole lot better when you're older.

Do you have any new fitness goals? My fitness goal is to score a 100 percent on my next physical fitness test.
