In your own words, how does your job impact your wing, group and squadron missions? The Watch Supervisor (WS) maintains situational awareness of the overall flow of air traffic operations within the RAPCON (Radar Approach Control) Facility. The WS is also responsible for all ATC facility operations and 23rd Wing flying operations during their shift in order to accomplish the mission and be able to deliver steel on target.

What is your most memorable Air Force experience? 
Being selected as NCO of the quarter for the 332nd Expeditionary Operations Group while deployed at Balad Air Base, Iraq, which is one of the busiest DOD Air Traffic Control Facilities in the world. 

What is your Air Force goal? 
To become a chief and run a RAPCON facility and also impart my experiences over the years to Airmen to foster their ability to learn, grow and excel in the U.S. Air Force.
