I try to work out 3-5 times a week. My daily workout depends on how I feel daily.

What motivates you to stay so fit? 
I try to live a healthy lifestyle because as a mother I want to set a good example for my daughter.

What is your fitness philosophy? 
When you look better, you feel better.

Do you have any new fitness goals? If so, what are they? 
When I am 70 years old, I want to be in better shape than I am today.
