Jeremy Rice, Senior Airman Richard Oliver, and Airman 1st Class Jacob Dattage, 71st Rescue Squadron HC-130P/N Combat King loadmasters, load a flare launcher system with Mark 25 short smokes and one sea dye during a search and rescue mission over the Atlantic Ocean May 14.
