MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. --  The information below is a summary of non-judicial punishments given by commanders under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice in November. The punishments are determined based on individual facts and circumstances of each other.

- An airman 1st class from the 23rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron failed to show up to their place of duty and was reduced to the rank of airman and restricted to base for 45 days. The reduction to airman was suspended.

- An airman 1st class from the 23rd AMXS failed to show up for duty and lied about the situation. The airman 1st class was reduced to the rank of airman, restricted to base for 45 days with 45 days extra duty and a reprimanded.

- A master sergeant from the 23rd AMXS violated a No Contact Order via telephone communication and was reduced to the rank of technical sergeant, forfeited $1,975 of pay and a reprimanded. The reduction to technical sergeant was suspended.

The airman 1st class was reduced to the rank of airman, forfeited $250 of pay for two months, and received a reprimand. The forfeiture of pay for two months was suspended.

- An airman from the 822nd Security Forces Squadron was derelict in their duty for failing to wear the correct rank insignia. The airman was reduced to the rank of airman basic and received a reprimand.

- An airman 1st class from the 822nd SFS used their government travel card for non-temporary duty assignment related expenses and failed to pay their government travel card balance by the due date. The airman 1st class was reduced to the rank of airman and forfeited $150 of pay for two months. The reduction to airman was suspended.

- A senior airman from the 822nd SFS left their place of duty before the end of the duty day on two separate occasions without authority. The senior airman was reduced to the rank of airman 1st class and received a reprimand.

- A senior airman from the 347th Operations Support Squadron was derelict in their duty for failing to prepare for a dorm inspection and disrespected a non-commissioned officer. The senior airman was reduced to the rank of airman 1st class, forfeited $929 of pay for two months, and received a reprimand. The forfeiture of pay for two months was suspended.

- An airman 1st class from the 824nd Security Forces Squadron was stopped at the base gate for drunk driving. The airman 1st class was reduced to the rank of airman and received a reprimand.
