MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. --  The Landings at Moody offers 381 homes to our service members in two areas, Quiet Pines and Magnolia Grove. As of December 2010, 24 newly-constructed homes in Magnolia Grove are ready for occupancy.

Living at The Landings offers you access to base amenities such as playgrounds, picnic areas, youth center, soccer fields, baseball fields, golf course and driving range. You are also within walking distance of the commissary, base exchange, library, fitness center, track, and outdoor and indoor pools.
