The following information is a summary of nonjudicial punishments given by commanders under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice in from Oct. 15 to Nov. 14. The punishments are determined based on the individual facts and circumstances of each case.

A senior airman from the 23d Comptroller Squadron was absent without leave from their place of duty. For this offense, the senior airman received a suspended reduction to airman first class, forfeiture of $600 pay and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 23d CPTS failed to secure Privacy Act information and failed to process finance documents prior to leaving the local area. For these offenses, the airman first class received a suspended reduction to the grade of airman, was restricted to the limits of Moody Air Force Base for 30 days and received a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 23d Equipment Maintenance Squadron failed to obey a no-contact order. For this offense, the senior airman received a suspended reduction to the grade of airman first class, seven days extra duty and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 23d EMS wrongfully possessed marijuana. For this offense, the airman first class received a reduction to airman, was restricted to the limits of Moody Air Force Base for 15 days and received a reprimand.

An Airman first class from the 23d Medical Operations Squadron made a false official statement to his supervisors. For this offense, the airman first class received a reduction to the grade of airman, was restricted to the limits of Moody Air Force Base for 30 days and received a reprimand.

An airman from the 23d MDOS was absent without leave from their place of duty, failed to accurately take a patient's manual blood pressure and made a false official statement to his supervisor. For these offenses, the airman received a suspended reduction to the grade of airman basic and a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 41st Rescue Squadron wrongfully used provoking words and touched a technical sergeant on the abdomen with a knife. For these offenses, the senior airman received a reduction to airman first class, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 723d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron failed to follow the procedures set forth in a technical order. For this offense, the staff sergeant received a suspended reduction to senior airman, forfeiture of $300 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 723d AMXS failed to follow the procedures set forth in a technical order. For this offense, the airman first Class received a reduction to airman and a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 823d Base Defense Squadron wrongfully stole money from other airmen and wrongfully appropriated a wallet. For these offenses, the senior airman received a suspended reduction to airman first class, 15 days extra duty, suspended 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 824th Base Defense Squadron failed to go to an exercise and was found drunk while on duty. For these offenses, the staff sergeant received a reduction to senior airman, suspended forfeiture of $528 pay, suspended seven days extra duty and a reprimand.

The following information is a summary of administrative discharges executed under AFI 36-3208, Administrative Separation of Airmen, in August. The discharges are determined based on the individual facts and circumstances of each case.

Former service members forego the following benefits given the specific discharge service characterization:
- Honorable: None
- Under Honorable Conditions (General): GI Bill, Civil Service Employment Preference
- Under Other Than Honorable (UOTHC): GI Bill, Civil Service Employment Preference, Mileage, Payment for Accrued Leave

An airman first class from the 723d AMXS was discharged for failure to maintain minimum fitness standards. For this offense, the airman first class received an Honorable service characterization.

An airman first class from the 23d Security Forces Squadron was discharged for minor disciplinary infractions including violation of a lawful order, failure to show to their appointed place of duty, absent without leave, and utilizing the Government Travel Card for unauthorized purchases. For these offenses, the airman first class received a General service characterization.

An airman first class from the 23d Logistics Readiness Squadron was discharged for drug abuse for wrongfully using marijuana. For this offense, the airman first class received a General service characterization.

An airman from the 23d EMS was discharged for drug abuse for possession of marijuana. For this offense, the airman received a General service characterization.

A senior airman from the 23d LRS was discharged for failure to maintain minimum fitness standards. For this offense, the senior airman received an Honorable service characterization.

A technical sergeant from the 23d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron was discharged for failure to maintain minimum fitness standards. For this offense, the technical sergeant received an Honorable service characterization.
