Falintil Forcas de Timor-Leste (F-FDTL) and U.S. Army engineers are constructing the 100-meter range to provide an area for the F-FDTL to train on rifle marksmanship. The Flying Tiger Bridge Chat Facilitator provides facilitator trainings for base personnel.
