Observer, Coach/ Trainers vie for 5th Armored Brigade Best OC/T Honors

The 5th Armored Brigade Observer Coach/Trainer Competition tested both officer and enlisted OC/Ts in a series of physically demanding and mentally challenging events testing each person's basic fundamentals at McGregor Range Complex, N.M., April 25-26, 2024.. The winners of this event will advance and go on to the First Army Division West Competition in June and ultimately vie for top honors at the First Army Competition in August. First Army OC/Ts are experts in training, advising, and coaching to deliver trained and ready formations to the entire U.S. Army Enterprise.

The Flying Tiger Bridge Chat Facilitator provides facilitator trainings for base personnel. Their goal is to create squadron facilitators who take action on ACC's goal of equipping, engaging and empowering Airmen with resilience tools and create high-performing teams who look out for each other.
