Soldiers from Bravo Company, 1-187, 3MBCT "Rakkasans", 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) conduct a Forward Arming and Refuel Point (FARP) defense during the Large scale, Long Range Air Assault (L2A2) that brings 1MBCT, 101st to the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Johnson, LA on May 7, 2025. The L2A2 moves a brigade worth of combat power over 500 nautical miles in one period of darkness, going from Fort Campbell, KY to Fort Johnson, LA. Bridge Chat topics are posted here monthly to encourage small group discussions within teams. Beginning the process of recurring discussions can be difficult, but will become easier with time and reinforce the Flying Tiger culture.

To help us initiate and facilitate these discussions, we have included a guide that defines roles and ground rules.

The Flying Tiger Bridge Chat Facilitator provides facilitator trainings for base personnel.
