NATO Military Committee Conference: Official welcoming ceremony - Part II

The Military Committee, NATO’s highest Military Authority, is meeting in Chiefs of Defense (CHoDs) Session from 15-17 September 2017, in Tirana, Albania. The meeting is hosted by the Albanian Chief of the General Staff, Brigadier General Bardhyl Kollçaku.

The Chiefs of Defense will discuss further implementation of the Projecting Stability concept, the security situation in the Western Balkans region and provide recommendations for the way ahead for the RESOLUTE SUPPORT Mission in Afghanistan and Kosovo Force (KFOR). The CHoDs will exchange views on NATO’s Adaptation and receive briefings on the current status of the NATO Command Structure review. Finally, they will elect the next Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, who will take office in 2018.

The Flying Tiger Bridge Chat Facilitator provides facilitator trainings for base personnel. Their goal is to create squadron facilitators who take action on ACC's goal of equipping, engaging and empowering Airmen with resilience tools and create high-performing teams who look out for each other.
