U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 12, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force service members with 8th Division, Western Army, participate in bilateral material handling equipment training during the field training exercise portion of Resolute Dragon 23 at Hijyudai Maneuver Area, Oita, Japan, Oct. 17, 2023. RD 23 is an annual bilateral exercise in Japan that strengthens the command, control, and multi-domain maneuver capabilities of Marines in III Marine Expeditionary Force and allied Japan Self-Defense Force personnel. Bridge Chat topics are posted here monthly to encourage small group discussions within teams. Beginning the process of recurring discussions can be difficult, but will become easier with time and reinforce the Flying Tiger culture.

To help us initiate and facilitate these discussions, we have included a guide that defines roles and ground rules.

The Flying Tiger Bridge Chat Facilitator provides facilitator trainings for base personnel. Their goal is to create squadron facilitators who take action on ACC's goal of equipping, engaging and empowering Airmen with resilience tools and create high-performing teams who look out for each other.
