Hawaii National Guard Security Forces Ruck March for Fellow Defender Who is Struck with ALS

Members of the Hawaii Air National Guard 154th Security Forces and the the 647th Security Forces Squadron, based at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, joined defenders from Arizona at Luke Air Force Base via skype in a 3 mile ruck march to honor a fellow defender who is battling ALS. Master Sgt. Evelyn Proctor, was diagnosed with ALS 18 months ago and has recently retired from the Air Force. Master Sgt. To help us initiate and facilitate these discussions, we have included a guide that defines roles and ground rules.

The Flying Tiger Bridge Chat Facilitator provides facilitator trainings for base personnel. Their goal is to create squadron facilitators who take action on ACC's goal of equipping, engaging and empowering Airmen with resilience tools and create high-performing teams who look out for each other.
