Average week's workout: I work out with weights four times a week and run three miles once a week. 

What motivates you to stay fit? I have always been involved in sports when I was growing up. It is something I feel the need to do. 

Fitness philosophy: My fitness philosophy is if you get stronger, you will live longer. 

Fitness goal: My goal is to score a 100 on my next physical training test. I just turned 30, so I want to still see if I still have it in me.
