Average week's workout: I run three days a week, lift four days a week and swim four days a week. 

What motivates you to stay fit? I want to be competitive in triathlon races. It's always better to win than just participate. 

Fitness philosophy: I like to live an active lifestyle and want to continue to do so for a very long time, so staying fit is extremely important. I always want to be in top shape for work and the adventures I go on. 

Fitness goal: Compete in an Ironman Triathlon in 2007.
