Average week's workout: I run two to three miles, perform tactical circuit training and do pushups and situps with my unit three days a week. I also individually perform strength training and run on the treadmill two days a week. 

What motivates you to stay fit? My son motivates me to stay fit. He is four years old and has plenty of energy, so I need to keep up with him. 

Fitness philosophy: Find something that works for you and stick with it. Talking about being out of shape is not going to burn the pounds away. 

Fitness goal: My fitness goal is to constantly challenge myself to improve in all areas of fitness.

Average week's workout: I perform cardiovascular and strength training three times a week. 

What motivates you to stay fit? Fitness is second nature for me. I've been energetic since being in my mother's womb. 

Fitness philosophy: My philosophy is fitness encompasses mental and physical stability. Also, remember to keep a positive attitude and laughter in your fitness plan.
Fitness goal: My fitness goal is to become a certified aerobics instructor and maintain an excellent physical training score annually.
