I also individually perform strength training and run on the treadmill two days a week. What motivates you to stay fit? My son motivates me to stay fit. He is four years old and has plenty of energy, so I need to keep up with him. Fitness philosophy: Find something that works for you and stick with it. Talking about being out of shape is not going to burn the pounds away.
