Average week's workout: I run five times a week for approximately five miles and lift weights twice a week.

What motivates you to stay so fit? I would like to stay fit for my family and for the overall health benefits. 

Fitness philosophy: If you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch.

Fitness goals: I am working toward completing a marathon within 12 months of the birth of my son.
