What motivates you to stay so fit: Fitness feeds my competitive spirit and helps me maintain my adventurous lifestyle. It also helps me meet the demands of the mission and my family. Fitness philosophy: Fitness is essential to good health; it leads to a positive self image and requires a life-long commitment.
