Describe your average week's workout: I run three miles per day five days a week, and I always include push-ups and sit-ups into my workout.

What motivates you to stay so fit: Fitness feeds my competitive spirit and helps me maintain my adventurous lifestyle. It also helps me meet the demands of the mission and my family. 

Fitness philosophy: Fitness is essential to good health; it leads to a positive self image and requires a life-long commitment.

Fitness goals: I want to finish my Air Force career with an excellent fitness rating then enjoy retirement in good health.
