Describe your average week's workout: I perform 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise five to six days a week. I also perform weight training five times a week. 

What motivates you to stay so fit: I am motivated to stay fit because during all three of my pregnancies I gained more than 80 pounds and had to workout three times a day to lose the weight. Once I got back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I thought I could never reach my high school weight. I attended a weight loss boot camp class and exceeded my goal. I also started running a minimum of three miles a day and participated in many races at Okinawa, Japan. After seeing my results and the way I felt, I refused to turn back. 

Fitness philosophy: I adore fitness and being in shape. I also enjoy helping others when it comes to staying in shape and reaching their goals. 

Fitness goals: My new fitness goals are to become a personal trainer and a physical training leader. I would also love to own my own gym one day.
