Average week's workout: I workout three to five days a week which involves 30-40 minutes of running, calisthenics and weight training. 

What motivates you to stay so fit: I attribute good fitness to God and the fit leaders I follow. I also know if I treat my body good now, it will pay off later. 

Fitness philosophy: I believe a healthy mental, spiritual and physical balance will help me through any situation. 

Fitness goals: I want to improve my run, learn to enjoy running more and take a couple inches off my waist by next year.
