Average week's workout: I run 3.5 miles four times weekly. 

Fitness motivationt: The physical and readiness demands of the Air Force requires me to stay fit. I also stay fit to keep up with my younger Airmen and to keep my heart healthy. 

Fitness philosophy: We are spiritual, physical, mental and emotional people. We need to stay healthy in all areas, because each one affects the other. I feel better after I've had a good run. 

Fitness goals: I would like to perform more light weight lifting. I would also like to do more biking.
