Average week's workout:
I perform weight lifting three times a week, combined with running and ruck-marches nearly every day. 

What motivates you to stay fit:
I am motivated to stay fit because I'm always trying to be better than the average individual. In my career field, most specialty schools require a physical training test. There is always a high-demand for these schools, so you need to have a better physical training score than the rest. 

What is your fitness philosophy:
You will never reach your goals if you're not willing to put in the time. 

Fitness goals:
My goal is to score a 100 on the Air Force physical training test, and run a five kilometer run in 21 minutes or less. I also want to constantly improve my fitness level.
