Fitness score: 100 

Average week's workout: I perform cardio, aerobics and run at least three times weekly. I also perform strength training two times weekly. 

Motivations to stay fit: If you are in shape, you feel better physically and mentally. Exercise is also a great stress reliever. 

Fitness philosophy: Good health and physical shape are very important and lead to being more productive and effective in all aspects of life. Being fit is a key element of good health. 

New fitness goals: I want to continue improving my fitness level and challenge myself each time I workout.
