Fitness score: 100 

Average week's workout: I run three to four times a week and perform strength training at least twice every week. I also try to stay active by participating in varsity and intramural sports. 

What motivates you to stay fit: I believe motivation is key to success and enjoy motivating other Airmen to push harder. I try my best to lead by example which motivates me to stay fit. 

Fitness philosophy: I once read a quote that said, "There are no short-cuts to any place worth going." This philosophy applies to fitness and everyday life. If you are going to do something, perform the task to the best of your ability. If you don't, you are only cheating yourself. 

Fitness goals: My fitness goals are to maintain an excellent fitness score and motivate others to do the same.
