Fitness score: 90.5

Average week's workout: I do 30 minutes of circuit training with the flight,
30 minutes of low-impact cardio exercise at the gym and a three-ish-mile run. 

Personal motivation to stay fit: Staying active helps me feel good, require less sleep and eat more; all while having more day-to-day energy. 

Fitness philosophy:  Individual fitness is a personal choice and a personal responsibility. At times it may be burdensome, but the benefits do outweigh the cost. I believe the Air Force physical training program should merely reinforce your personal standards, or elevate them, not establish them. 

New fitness goals:  We all have room for improvement. I would like to improve on my running endurance.
