Fit to Fight Published June 11, 2007 23rd Wing Public Affairs MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Christina Welch Unit assigned: 38th Rescue Squadron Fitness score: 90.75 Average week's workout: I do 30 minutes of cardio and approximately an hour of weightlifting three-four days a week. Personal motivation to stay fit: As a doctor, I am very interested in health and fitness. I feel I should set an example for others if I "lecture" them on how to stay healthy. Fitness philosophy: Enjoy what you are doing and do not get into a rut doing the same routine over and over. Fitness goals: To improve my running score even more, and maybe to find a place that has adult ballet classes again so I can renew an old hobby.
