Average week's workout: I go to the gym five to seven times weekly. I run with the Moody Marathon team twice weekly and run or bike to/from work when weather permits. I am also an avid swimmer.

What motivates you to stay fit? Being healthy for my family and able to perform any role I may be called upon to accomplish in the line of duty. I also stay fit so I can remain competitive in base endurance events I enter. I also compete with the Valdosta Adventure Racing Team in local and national events.

Fitness philosophy? Get outdoors, and be healthy and happy.

Fitness goals? I look forward to participating in the Air Force Marathon and my first triathlon in September.
