Average week's workout: My average workout consists of playing ultimate frisbee with my squadron, running 10 laps around the track, and performing 30 push-ups and sit-ups. I also play on the base softball team. I workout at least two hours each day on the weekends.

Personal motivation to stay fit: Staying fit is essential to healthy living and being ready for whatever the mission requires.

Fitness philosophy: My fitness philosophy is to eat right and exercise at least three times weekly to help keep the heart healthy.

Fitness goals: My fitness goal is to excel in everything I do in sports and go beyond Air Force standards.
