Fitness score: 100 percent

Average week's workout: I participate in squadron physical training which consists of sit-ups, push-ups and running anywhere from one and a half to three miles. I also lift weights four times weekly, play basketball and hit the punching bag.

Personal motivation to stay fit: Staying fit is just my way of life and is something I've always done.

Fitness philosophy: I strive to be beat the person in-front because there is always someone better. This way, I'll continue to evolve into a better athlete.

Fitness goals: My goal is to continue to score a 100 percent on my physical training tests and beat Tech. Sgt. Rodney Elliot in a five kilometer run.
