Fit to Fight Published Aug. 6, 2007 23rd Wing Public Affairs MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Erich Forschler Unit: 824th Security Forces Squadron Fitness score: 92.5 Average week's workout: My unit conducts physical training five days weekly which consists of running, circuit training and team sports. I also play soccer every Sunday for 90 minutes. Personal motivation to stay fit: My motivation to stay fit is sports. Playing sports isn't any fun unless you have the endurance to stay in the game and compete. Fitness philosophy: I believe it is good to mix up your routine. Fitness goals: My fitness goal is make the Air Force Soccer Team.
