Average week's workout: I perform weight training twice weekly and cardiovascular training three times weekly.

Personal motivation to stay fit: I have a better day when I exercise. I know the benefits of exercising and enjoy reaping the rewards.

Fitness philosophy: A little exercise is better than none at all.

Do you have any new fitness goals? My goal is to be in better shape when I turn 30 than I was at 20.
