Average week's workout: I perform 40 minutes of cardiovascular exercise, abdominal exercises and light toning daily.

Personal motivation to stay fit: I have a 21-month old son and a baby on the way. It is important for me to be fit so I can motivate them to stay active.

Fitness philosophy: Eating right combined with exercising will make you happy and healthy.

Fitness goals: I would like to maintain a healthy weight throughout my pregnancy.
