Average week's workout: I run and do an abdominal workout Mondays. I perform 150 pushups Tuesdays and Thursdays. I perform a cardiovascular workout Wednesdays and play basketball Fridays.

Personal motivation to stay fit: My motivation for staying fit is to be a good role model for my little brother.

Fitness philosophy: If the Air Force wants to pay me to workout, why not?

Fitness goals: I would like to receive the maximum score in every area of the physical training test for the next five years.
